Paul Hastings LLP advised TD Cowen and LifeSci Capital as joint bookrunning managers in Sol-Gel Technologies’ (Nasdaq: SLGL) $33.1 million underwritten offering of 459,112 ordinary shares at a price of $72.00 per share. The offering closed on March 25, 2026.
