Paul Hastings Advises Tikehau Capital on Strategic Equity Partnership With MD7

Paul Hastings LLP represented Tikehau Star Infra, the infrastructure investment platform of Tikehau Capital, in the formation of a $100 million strategic equity partnership with MD7, a global digital infrastructure consultancy. The investment from Tikehau will accelerate MD7’s acquisition of mobile infrastructure assets across North America.
Partners Jon Kellner and Greg Spitzer led the Paul Hastings team, which included associates Thomas Ayres, Bernardo Kahl and Cody Smith.
