Paul Hastings Advises TPC Group on Definitive Agreement for Acquisition by ENEOS Holdings

Paul Hastings LLP advised TPC Group, a leading North American processor of C4 hydrocarbons, in its definitive agreement to be acquired by ENEOS Holdings Inc, Japan’s leading energy company.
