Paul Hastings LLP is advising UBS as capital markets advisor and Moelis & Company as financial advisor to Golden Falcon Acquisition Corp., a publicly traded special purpose acquisition company, in its pending business combination with MNG Airlines. Upon closing, the combined company will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “MNGA” and is expected to have a pro-forma enterprise value of $676 million.
