Paul Hastings Advises Underwriters in $500 Million Senior Notes Offering by Invitation Homes Subsidiary

Paul Hastings LLP advised Wells Fargo Securities, KeyBanc Capital Markets, Mizuho and U.S. Bancorp, as representatives of the underwriters, in an offering of $500 million of senior notes due 2032 by a subsidiary of S&P 500 company Invitation Homes.

Partners Scott Chase and Marc Lashbrook led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partner Chris Mangin, of counsel Shai Marshall and associates Celia Scherman, Mary Day Royston, Jonah Berger-Cahn, Max Veith and Elaine Lee.
