Paul Hastings Advises Underwriters in Invitation Homes’ $600 Million Senior Notes Offering

Paul Hastings LLP advised BofA Securities, BMO Capital Markets and J.P. Morgan, as representatives of the underwriters, in an offering of $600 million of senior notes due 2033 by a subsidiary of Invitation Homes, an S&P 500 company and a leading owner and operator of single-family homes for lease.

Partners Scott Chase and Marc Lashbrook led the Paul Hastings team, which also included partner Chris Mangin, of counsel Shai Marshall and associates Kimberly McKenzie, Celia Scherman, Sam Schrader, Jonah Berger-Cahn and Elaine Lee.
