Paul Hastings LLP is advising Barclays Capital Inc., RBC Capital Markets, LLC, and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC, as joint lead book-running managers, and the other underwriters in connection with Chesapeake Utilities Corporation’s underwritten public offering of 4,438,596 shares of common stock at an offering price of $85.50 per share. The net proceeds from the offering are expected to be $367.2 million, including proceeds from the exercise in full of the underwriters’ over-allotment option, and will be used in part to fund Chesapeake’s acquisition of Florida City Gas.

Paul Hastings previously advised Barclays on the committed bridge financing for this acquisition.
