Paul Hastings Advises V2X on Secondary Offering of Common Stock by Vertex Aerospace

Paul Hastings LLP advised V2X (NYSE: VVX), a leading provider of global mission solutions, on the sale by Vertex Aerospace of 2,004,569 shares of V2X’s common stock in an underwritten secondary offering. The offering closed on May 11, 2026.
