Paul Hastings Advises V2X on Secondary Offering of Common Stock by Vertex Aerospace

Paul Hastings LLP advised V2X (NYSE: VVX), a leading provider of global mission solutions, on the sale by Vertex Aerospace of 2.25 million shares of V2X’s common stock in an underwritten secondary offering. The offering is expected to close on or about Nov. 13, 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.
