Paul Hastings Advising Industrial Growth Partners on $1 Billion Sale of Prince & Izant to TransDigm Group

Paul Hastings LLP is advising Industrial Growth Partners on a definitive agreement to sell Prince & Izant LLC to TransDigm Group Incorporated (NYSE:TDG) for approximately $1.066 billion. The transaction is subject to regulatory approvals in the U.S. and customary closing conditions.
