Paul Hastings Represents Brera Holdings in Successful Defense Against Vote No Campaign by RBCH

Paul Hastings LLP recently represented Brera Holdings PLC (d/b/a Solmate Infrastructure) in its successful defense against a vote no campaign launched by RBCH Ltd. in connection with the Company's 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM).
At the AGM, Brera's shareholders decisively re-elected each of the company's five director nominees by substantial margins, with support ranging from approximately 62% to nearly 70% of the shares voted. A total of 71.49% of the company's outstanding shares were represented at the meeting.
Shareholder Activism & Takeover Defense global chair Sean Donahue and Aerospace Defense & Security Technology global co-chair Gil Savir led the Paul Hastings team, with assistance from associate Ruonan Song.
