Paul Hastings Shortlisted in Four Categories at The Asia Legal Awards 2023

Paul Hastings LLP has been shortlisted in four categories at Law.com International’s Asia Legal Awards 2023. The firm received the following nominations:
- Litigation Firm of the Year
- Cross-border M&A Deal of the Year – SD Biosensor and SJL Partners' $1.53 billion acquisition of Meridian Bioscience
- Securities Deal of the Year: Equity – LG Energy Solution’s initial public offering in South Korea
The Asia Legal Awards honor the best work and identify the most important transactions and cases with the most complex and outstanding legal work in the region.
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in Singapore on March 30, 2023.
