A Paul Hastings team led by CLO partner Blake Jones developed, through advice to a working group comprising FinDox, now a part of Reorg, and more than 30 European CLO managers, an industry wide solution whereby CLOs could contractually report the information required by investors in a format required by the regulations – effectively creating a commercial solution to an information asymmetry caused by the scope of regulation.

Practice of Law: Private Capital: Paul Hastings advises Pemberton Asset Management to help create liquidity in the direct lending market – Commended

A team led by Paul Hastings partner Christian Parker advised Pemberton, one of Europe’s biggest independent credit fund managers and a specialist in private debt, on the design of an innovative and bespoke separately managed account (SMA) for a wide group of own money and client money associated with a global investor group.
