Paris – Paul Hastings (Europe) LLP advised the Virtuo Group on the creation of a strategic partnership between Virtuo Industrial Property, Virtuo Asset Management and Axa Investment Managers Alts to develop a portfolio of logistics assets located in France.

The initial portfolio consists of six assets under development representing a total surface area of approximately 150,000 sqm.
