AJ Wei is an associate in the Derivatives practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice focuses on derivatives and structured finance, including project finance, interest rate swaps, total return swaps, structured notes and other types of structured transactions using derivative products.

AJ received his law degree from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where he served on the Cardozo Arts & Entertainment Law Journal, and he earned a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University. He is admitted to the New York State Bar.
