Alan Jiang is an associate in the Capital Markets practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. Alan’s practice focuses on representing emerging growth life sciences and technology companies on general corporate matters and private equity and debt financings, from incorporation to late-stage fundraising, as well as venture capital firms and other investors in private equity and debt financings.
