Alexandre Miranda is an associate in the Investment Funds & Private Capital practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Miranda's practice focuses on the representation of private fund sponsors, managers, and investors in all aspects of the structuring, documenting, offering, negotiating, and operating of private investment funds, including real estate and private equity funds. 

Mr. Miranda received his law degree from Northeastern University School of Law in 2022. He earned a Bachelor's degree in Financial Economics from the University of St. Andrews in 2015 and his Master of Science in Business Finance from Queen Mary University of London in 2016. Mr. Miranda is admitted to practice law in New York.
