Alicia Osei is a partner in the Tax practice at Paul Hastings in London.
Alicia advises clients on a broad range of tax and structuring matters with a particular focus on the formation and structuring of private investment funds and investment management businesses and their carried interest, co-investment and other incentive arrangements.

- Advising Hayfin Capital Management on various funds and managed accounts, including the raising of its latest direct lending and special opportunities funds.
- Advising Polus Capital Management on the launch of its first closed-ended commingled special situations fund, Polus Special Situations Fund, which has raised commitments of approximately €890m, in excess of its original target.
- Advising a pan-European private equity manager on its global carried interest and co-investment arrangements.
