Amaan A. Shaikh is an associate in the Securities and Capital Markets practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Amaan focuses primarily on emerging growth companies and venture capital. He represents early- and late-stage startups throughout all stages of their life cycle, along with numerous venture investors.

Amaan regularly counsels clients through a variety of transactions, including private financings, secondary transactions, tender offers, recapitalizations and acquisitions, as well as corporate governance and compliance matters. 

Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Amaan was an associate at another international law firm.
