
Overview
Amber Zhang is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm’s Palo Alto office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property and technology transactional matters. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate at another international law firm and represented clients in a broad range of patent-related litigation.
Ms. Zhang received her J.D. from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She received her B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University, where she was on the Dean’s List and the Dean’s List with Distinction, and M.S. in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania. Ms. Zhang is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
