Amy Rankin is an associate in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office. Ms. Rankin represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, retaliation, and wage-and-hour matters. She has represented clients in single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, and class-action cases.
Ms. Rankin served as Law Clerk to the Honorable R. Gary Klausner of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. She received her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 2018, where she graduated Order of the Coif. While in law school, Ms. Rankin served as a Technical Editor of the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. She received her B.A. in Political Science, cum laude, from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
