Overview
Andrew Barondess is an associate in the Global Finance practice and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on representing lenders in financial transactions. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, he practiced at another international law firm.
Mr. Barondess received his law degree from UCLA School of Law, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review, Digest Editor of the Journal of Law and Technology, and Chief Articles Editor of the Pacific Basin Law Journal. He also co-founded and served as the President of the UCLA Vis Moot Court team. He graduated summa cum laude from The George Washington University with a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology. Mr. Barondess is admitted to practice in New York, Illinois, Washington, D.C., and Texas.
