Andrew Brooksbank is an associate in the Corporate Department and is based in the firm’s Houston office. His practice focuses on representing public and private companies, financial institutions, developers and entrepreneurs in complex domestic and cross-border transactions, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, energy and infrastructure projects, and sophisticated commercial arrangements. He advises clients across industries, including both traditional and renewable energy sectors, guiding transactions from initial structuring through execution.

Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a summer associate at Paul Hastings. He also served as a summer law clerk to the Honorable Jeffrey Vincent Brown of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas, where he gained experience in federal litigation and judicial decision-making.

Andrew received his law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in 2025, where he was a member of the Houston Journal of International Law. He earned his undergraduate degree, with honors, from the University of San Diego, where he double majored in Political Science and Sociology. Andrew is admitted to practice law in Texas.
