Andrew Nizamian focuses his practice on capital markets and financial technology, with an emphasis on cryptocurrency legal issues and securities regulation. Andrew has advised top global digital-asset trading platforms and developers regarding digital-asset listings, purchases and sales of digital assets, offerings of equity and token rights, executive compensation, regulatory concerns and traditional corporate work. Andrew received a B.A. in Economics from Brown University and a J.D. from NYU School of Law.
