Andy Arnold is an associate in the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and general corporate matters for public and private companies.

Andy received his law degree from the University of California College of Law, San Francisco in 2024. While at UC Law SF, he served as a senior editor of the UC Law Journal. Before law school, he earned a B.A. degree in both Political Science and Geography from the University of California, Berkeley in 2018. Andy is admitted to practice law in California.
