Angela Ragnauth is a Knowledge & Innovation Attorney supporting various practice groups, with particular focus on M&A and Private Equity, and is based in the firm’s London office. 

Angela’s experience as a fee earning lawyer included advising both investors and corporates on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and venture capital transactions in the technology, life sciences, financial services, manufacturing, hospitality and retail sectors, working in both U.K.- and U.S.-headquartered international firms. 

Since then, Angela has spent over a decade working in knowledge management, legal technology and innovation in both practice group support and client-facing roles. Angela joined Paul Hastings in September 2024.
