
Overview
Anne Bandes is of counsel in Paul Hastings’ Global Finance practice and is based in the firm’s Charlotte office. Anne represents direct lenders, banks and other financial institutions in a variety of commercial finance matters and has extensive experience structuring and negotiating syndicated revolving and term loans, asset-based facilities, second lien loans, mezzanine financings, bridge facilities, international financing transactions, and loan workouts and restructurings.
Anne is a primary resource for firm clients and attorneys regarding legal issues involving Articles 8 and 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC), including structuring secured transactions, reviewing and analyzing collateral packages, negotiating transaction documents and UCC opinions, and performing legal audits to determine the status of secured parties’ security interests.
