Anthony Gunnell is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Chicago office.

Mr. Gunnell’s practice focuses on private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions for public and private companies. He also assists clients with general corporate and corporate governance matters.

Mr. Gunnell received his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2021, order of coif, where he served as an Editor for the Denver Law Review. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Illinois Wesleyan University in 2009.
