Ara Dungca is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office.
Ms. Dungca's practice focuses on representing banks and other financial institutions as arrangers, lenders, and underwriters across a broad spectrum of corporate finance transactions, including secured and unsecured lending arrangements; leveraged, investment-grade, and acquisition financings; and cross-border and multi-currency financings.
Ms. Dungca received her Juris Doctor from Osgoode Hall Law School at York University in 2020. She received her Bachelor of Commerce (Honors) from Queen's University in 2016. Ms. Dungca is admitted to the New York Bar.
