Asna Erfan Shah is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. Her practice focuses on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate law.
Ms. Shah represents public and private companies in a variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, asset purchases, equity and debt securities offerings, exchange offers, tender offers, and bank financing transactions.
Ms. Shah received her law degree from New York University School of Law in 2017, where she served as Executive Editor of the NYU Review of Law & Social Change. She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree (magna cum laude) in English from Queens College in 2012. Ms. Shah also earned her Masters of Science in Bioethics from Columbia University in 2014, where she served as Editor of the Voices in Bioethics Journal.
