Brady Lambeth is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm's Houston office. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, corporate markets, and finance.

Mr. Lambeth has represented clients across a broad spectrum, including in privatizations, corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and joint ventures. His practice area has a special focus on energy related clients—particularly oil and gas.

Mr. Lambeth received his law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in 2019 with honors. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Minnesota. In addition, Mr. Lambeth earned an Associate in Arts from St. Paul Community College. Mr. Lambeth is admitted to practice law in Texas.
