
Overview
Brian Kay is a Texas-based attorney in the Complex Litigation & Arbitration practice.
Brian’s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, environmental litigation and regulatory compliance matters throughout the United States. This includes the representation of clients in the energy, chemical, technology, healthcare, financial services and construction industries, among others.
Brian’s environmental and regulatory experience includes matters arising under the Clean Water Act; the Clean Air Act; the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA); the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA); and environmental regulations promulgated by federal and state regulators.
Out of court, Brian draws from his litigation experience to assist clients in navigating commercial, environmental, regulatory and governance matters, including crisis management, government agency investigations, internal investigations and incident responses. In every representation, Brian leverages his skills as a solution-oriented advisor to develop unique strategies tailored to achieve each client’s specific business and litigation goals.
