
Overview
Caden Grant is an associate in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office.
Caden represents employers in all aspects of employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, pay equity and structuring, and enforcing employment agreements. He has worked on both single-plaintiff and class and collective actions in multiple jurisdictions, in state and federal courts, arbitration, and government investigations. He has also worked on both single-plaintiff and class action civil anti-trust matters.
Caden received his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center, cum laude, in 2023, where he served as a Staff Editor on the Journal of Legal Ethics. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, in Political Science and Psychology from the George Washington University in 2020. Caden is admitted to practice law in the District of Columbia.
