Overview

Christopher Sickles is of counsel in the Real Estate Department at Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. Chris’ practice encompasses a variety of transactional real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing and financing of commercial assets across the country. Chris has represented clients in a wide array of real estate matters across asset phases and classes, including retail, office, mixed use, multifamily residential, industrial and special uses such as laboratories and senior housing. He has also assisted clients, including investors, lenders and developers, with redevelopment and other tax credit incentivized projects, including those involving historic and new market tax credits.
