Overview

Christopher Sickles is an associate in the Real Estate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, DC office. Chris’s practice encompasses a variety of transactional real estate matters, including the acquisition, disposition, leasing, and financing of commercial assets across the country. Chris has represented clients in a wide array of real estate matters across asset phases and classes, including retail, office, mixed use, multifamily residential, industrial, and special uses such as laboratories and senior housing. He has also assisted clients, including investors, lenders, and developers, with redevelopment and other tax credit incentivized projects, including those involving historic and new market tax credits.

Represented a landlord in connection with leasing activities at multiple retail and industrial locations on the East coast.

Represented a real estate investment trust in the purchase and leaseback of several laboratory properties located in Baltimore, Maryland.

Represented a developer in a New Markets Tax Credit financing transaction designed to facilitate the expansion of its supermarket business in economically depressed markets located throughout the country.

Represented an institutional lender in the origination of a $355 million revolving credit facility secured by 89 manufactured housing communities located throughout the county.
