Daniel Siegel is an associate in the Asset-Backed Finance practice at Paul Hastings and is based in the New York office.

Daniel advises asset managers, sponsors, issuers, investors, lenders, underwriters, placement agents, collateral managers and advisors in all aspects of asset-backed financing transactions.

Daniel received his J.D., cum laude, from Fordham University School of Law with a concentration in Business and Financial Law. He graduated as a Ruth Whitehead Whaley Scholar and received the Milton Young Prize for excellence in tax.

Daniel received his BBA, with distinction, from Emory University Goizueta Business School in Atlanta, Georgia.
