
Overview
Danté Adams is an associate in the Global Finance practice of Paul Hastings and is currently based in the firm’s London office.
Dante`s practice focuses on domestic and cross-border leveraged and acquisition financings. Danté has particular experience in cross-border, syndicated lending finance transactions, and has been involved in a number of international transactions.
Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Danté worked in the banking and finance department of an international law firm and had acted for a variety of lenders, sponsors and borrowers.
He is currently admitted to practice in South Africa and is undertaking to be admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales.

Representations
- Danté was involved in the team that advised on the hedging as well as the equity financing for the largest South African concentrated solar power project, Redstone CSP which is being constructed by ACWA Power. The team drafted and negotiated the finance and security documents across various facilities.
