
Overview
Daria Rose is an associate in the Entertainment and Media – Music Industry practice in the firm’s Century City office.
She advises clients on entertainment and media transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate governance and other strategic matters across the music sector and broader industry landscape.
Her experience includes representing companies in multibillion-dollar mergers and acquisitions, debt restructurings, asset purchases and contested matters across industries such as technology, energy, biotechnology and consumer goods.
Daria graduated cum laude from Harvard University with an A.B. in Government and from Yale Law School, where she was an editor of the Yale Law Journal, a teaching assistant for Constitutional Law and Intellectual Property and co-founder of Access to Law School, a pre-law pipeline program for underrepresented students.
