David Wang is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's New York office. His practice focuses on complex litigation with an emphasis on intellectual property matters in the fields of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology.
Mr. Wang received his law degree from Columbia Law School in 2017, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served on the Columbia Science and Technology Law Review. He obtained his M.S.E. in Bioengineering from the University of Pennsylvania in 2011 and graduated with a B.S.E. in Biomedical Engineering from Duke University in 2009. Mr. Wang is admitted to practice law in New York.
