Overview

Derek Wetmore is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's San Francisco office. He helps companies and individuals navigate a range of civil and criminal matters involving United States securities laws, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Bank Secrecy Act, the False Claims Act, and antitrust laws. His clients range from individuals and closely held private entities to Fortune 50 companies in the financial services, fintech, medical device, retail, oil & gas, and technology sectors.
