Adriana Simmons is an associate in the Employment Law Department and is based in the firm's New York office.
Ms. Simmons represents employers in a wide range of federal and state employment litigation matters, from pre-litigation counseling, through mediation, arbitration, trial and appeal.
Ms. Simmons received her law degree from The University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2019, where she served as Development Editor for the Journal of Constitutional Law and interned with the Interdisciplinary Child Advocacy Clinic. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Education from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2015. Ms. Simmons is admitted to practice law in New York.
