Brian M. Hayes is an associate in the Employment Law Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. His practice includes all aspects of employment law, including employment discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, and breach of contract matters.
Mr. Hayes received his law degree from the Boston University School of Law in 2017, graduating cum laude. He earned a Master of Science in International Employment Relations and Human Resource Management with merit from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 2006 and a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University in 2004. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Hayes spent nearly a decade working as a human resources professional for Fortune 50 companies in the telecommunications and oil industries.
Mr. Hayes is admitted to practice law in New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Washington, D.C..
