Corey Blake is an associate in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s London office. His practice focuses on corporate matters and international capital markets transactions, with an emphasis on the life sciences, pharmaceutical and high-tech industries. Mr. Blake is also a registered patent attorney who has advised clients on intellectual property matters in a variety of technical areas.
Mr. Blake’s debt capital markets experience includes high-yield and equity-linked bond offerings, tender offers, and consent solicitations. In addition, he represents issuers and underwriters on equity offerings including NYSE- and NASDAQ-listed initial public offerings and private placements. He also advises clients on international acquisitions and privatizations, syndicated loans and mezzanine financings, and listing and regulatory compliance matters.
Mr. Blake was a law clerk to the Honorable Timothy B. Dyk of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit prior to entering private practice and a teaching assistant to Admiral Bobby R. Inman of the LBJ School of Public Affairs during his legal studies.
