Daniel Holman is an associate in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office. His work focuses on supporting clients in global investigations and providing advice on antitrust, anti-bribery/Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, anti-money laundering, public procurement, and political law compliance obligations.
Mr. Holman received his law degree from Harvard Law School in 2014, and was a Harvard Frederick Sheldon Fellow and a Visiting Fellow at the UNAM Instituto de Investigaciones Jurídicas in Mexico City in 2015. Prior to law school, Mr. Holman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Rice University in 2006.
