Daniel Rojas is an associate in the Employment Law practice and is based in the firm's Los Angeles office. He represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues, in both single-plaintiff and class action matters. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, Mr. Rojas served as a legal intern with the Microsoft Corporation.
Mr. Rojas earned his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School in 2018. During law school, he worked in the Edwin F. Mandel Legal Aid Employment Discrimination Clinic. He was also actively involved in the Latino Law Students Association, Labor and Employment Law Society, and Sports and Entertainment Law Society. Mr. Rojas earned his B.A. in Philosophy with a minor in Anthropology in 2013 from the University of California, Santa Barbara with high honors.
Mr. Rojas also serves as a Co-Chair of the Paul Hastings Los Angeles Latino Affinity Network.
