David Walsh is of counsel in the Litigation practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the Firm’s Los Angeles office. Mr. Walsh handles complex litigation matters—including class actions and environmental and employment litigation–as well as data security, privacy, and advertising issues. He has successfully represented leading consumer products companies and a range of other businesses in significant litigation, administrative, and counseling matters.

- Represented high-end headphone maker in $100 million-plus royalties case
