Deepika Daggubati is an associate in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s Los Angeles office. She represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour issues.
Ms. Daggubati received her law degree from the University of Southern California, with honors, in 2017, where she participated in the Hale Moot Court Honors Program and the USC Mediation Clinic. While in law school, she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Benny C. Osorio of the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Ms. Daggubati earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology, cum laude, from Georgetown University. She also received a Master of Fine Arts degree from the California Institute of the Arts. Prior to joining Paul Hastings, she worked as a screenwriter and editor.
Ms. Daggubati is admitted to practice law in California.
