George Komnenos is an associate in the Corporate practice and is based in the firm’s New York office. He is a member of the Finance and Restructuring practice group.
Mr. Komnenos represents commercial and investment banks and alternative lenders in a variety of lending transactions, including acquisition financings, cash-flow facilities, asset-based lending facilities, syndicated facilities, and subordinated debt facilities.
Mr. Komnenos received his J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was an editor of the Georgetown Journal of Legal Ethics. He earned a Bachelor of Arts (magna cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) in Government and History from Georgetown University. Mr. Komnenos is admitted to practice law in New York and is a member of the LGBT Bar Association of Greater New York.
