Paul Hastings is ranked Top 5 in Vault/MCCA’s annual Law Firm Diversity Survey, which surveys law firm associates about their firm’s overall commitment to hiring, retaining and promoting diverse attorneys.
The firm’s diversity programs, including our Paul Hastings Affinity Networks (PHANs), are guided by our Diversity Council, which is led by the Firm’s Managing Partner Greg Nitzkowski along with Litigation Partner K Whitner. We have 14 Women’s PHANs as well as national Asia, Black, LGBTA and Latin Networks, which are open to everyone, along with a broader Women’s Initiative. We also published firm-wide Transgender Transition Guidelines in November 2016.
