Harvey Strickon is of counsel in the Corporate practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s New York office. Mr. Strickon is a member of the Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy practice. He primarily represents secured creditors (including banks, finance companies, and commercial factors) in bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court workouts, litigation, and alternative dispute resolution. He has also represented creditors’ committees, trustees, and Chapter 11 debtors.
