Overview
James V. Razick is an associate in the Litigation Department of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm's Washington, D.C. office. His practice focuses on patent litigation, including in District Court and before the ITC. James has experience litigating patents related to many different technologies, including natural language processing, video transmission and GPS devices, as well as pharmaceutical patents. This experience includes initial case management and strategy, discovery, trial and appeal.
